Story
Inspired in the beautiful Andes, our leather collection is produced using premium vegetable-tanned leather locally sourced from environmentally certified tanneries. You will find one-of-a-kind accesories with a distintive touch of pedal loom-woven textiles, known as "fajas". The “faja” is one the most ancestral and timeless textile tradition from the Andean region. They are full of symbolism: figures, colors and shapes that tell stories and traditions of their people.
The Wayaka crossbody bag has one big compartment, an internal zippered pocket and a unique leather strap. Lining is 100% cotton.
Our products are made with high quality vegetable tanned leather. However, to keep it looking good over time, avoid water contact and gently clean it with a dry cloth. For maintenance, apply a leather conditioning cream once every 3 months. Store the rpoduct in a dust bag and in a cool and dark place.
Note: Our items are made from natural cow hide, therefore they can have some markings, color, grain or thickness variations, or other slight imperfections that make each item one-of-a-kind.
