Our Tierra (Earth) design is inspired by the idea that the earth grows from its core to the atmosphere nurturing all life.
Each weaving is created by talented artisans from Momostenango, a small town in the mountains that preserves the ancient technique of “pepenado” on a pedal loom. The leatherwork is commissioned to a workshop run by women in San Pedro Sacatepequez.
Made from handwoven natural wool from sheep, treated to ensure durability and water resistance grade in our facilities in Guatemala City.
