Ápice creates beautiful home accessories, inspired by handmade Mexican craftsmanship with a nod to Nordic aesthetics. Founded by designer Stephania De La Torre in Guadalajara, Mexico, Ápice captures her passion for simplicity in design. The result is a curated collection of functional pieces that stand the test of time, while bringing a fresh breath of simplicity to any space.
The brand name means apex in Spanish, which is not only the high point but also the smallest part of something, and this speaks to Ápice’s attention to every last detail. They produce a mix of both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items. At PBP, we’re particularly fond of their combed-cotton products, from pillow cases to linens. The textiles are woven on a pedal loom by artisans from Pátzcuaro, Michoacán. By fusing neutral colors and patterns with an old-world commitment to craft, Ápice creates contemporary wares that enliven any modern home.
