DEFINE ATELIER is a boutique studio established in 2016 in Istanbul.
Tugba is an advocate of the belief that “everyone should do what they love." With that conviction, she bid farewell to her 17-year legal career during a lunchtime coffee break, choosing to embark on a path of "doing nothing" from that moment onward.

As she discovered what she didn't want to pursue, serendipity led her to her true passion: she found the mud. It became evident that nowhere else could she remain as present and in the moment as she did when working with ceramics.

In her workshop, where she underwent a profound redefinition, Tugba diligently crafts tableware that brings her immense joy. Her deepest wish is that the homes they grace will be filled with the delight of her creations, adorning tables with joy and plates with inspiration.
