INGA & KAM√ãNT·πA COLLECTION: Kalusturinda, the carnival of forgiveness. Inspired by the Inga's and Kam√´nt·π°a's indigenous people located in Putumayo, southwest Colombia.

INSPIRATION: Like all the designs in this collection, the Cestrum earrings shape is inspired by the flower of the plant of its name. According to Richard E. Schultes, an American biologist of the pharmacological properties of plants, the natives crushed the leaves to extract the juice that is taken for fever. Other used it as a poultice with the leaves to place on the head, to relieve pain.

MATERIAL:

All our metal parts are handmade in brass and are 24K gold plated with a matte finish. All stud earrings have surgical steel postback.

WEIGHT:

Each earring weighs 1.7 grams, plus 15 grams of packaging.
