Copal comes from the resin or white gum that is extracted from an aromatic tree called Bursera Jorrullensis from the Amazon of Peru and Mexico. It is one of the most important incenses used by the ancient cultures of America because its use helps to enter meditative states, improving our concentration and stimulating our creativity. Copal is used rto purify, protect, attract abundance, connect us to love and introspection. The Incas offered copal to the Sun god and burned it on gold trays. For thousands of years, copal has been used, not only for its varied scents that impregnate any space with lasting perfume and tranquility, but also for eliminating any type of negativity.
