Ko'e Ukir is one of typical wicker baskets crafted by Tetun tribe from Tulakadi village. It is made using leaves from Lontar palm trees (Palmyra palm) that commonly grow at the coast of Timor Island. As stated on its name, "Ukir" means carve, where this basket has patterns carved on the outer side of the wall, which gives an aesthetic pleasure.
