Story

Flat-woven rugs have been used for centuries as bed blankets, sleeping matts, and as wall coverings. These rugs, thin handwoven 100% raw cotton, are made to last and live with you, and can be easily moved from room to room. Best used in high trafficked areas with a grippy rug underlay, the Damier pattern appears in weaving industries throughout West Africa. This iteration is specific to Waraniéné and uses their signature cobalt, ecru, and ochre hues. We suggest using a rug pad underneath for extra cushion and to keep the rug in place.
