Our Tablemats are a stunning addition to any table setting. They are carefully woven by hand by one of WomenCraft's 600 women artisans in Tanzania. They are versatile in functionality and can be used underneath plates but also as hot pads for pots and pans. For this specific Tablemat design, the dried brown bark of local banana trees is intricately woven into the natural grasses.
