Ingredients: Citrus Aurantium Dulcius (Orange) Peel, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower, Rosa Centrifolia (Rose) Flower, Cymbopogon Citratus (Lemongrass) Leaf, Hibiscus Sabdariffa (Hibiscus) Flower, Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower Directions: Add a cap-full to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to cool slightly, then place a towel over your head to create a steam tent. Breathe deeply and enjoy. Can also be used as a bath soak.
