The Chaukri is a love letter to the vibrant tie-dyed Rajasthani turbans that were traditionally created using the tie-dye techniques of ‘Leheriya' and ‘Mothraa' with a little geometric spin and a yellow ground which creates a high contrast and centers the eye to the chequered pattern. This is a handmade product. Irregularities are a distinctive part of the design. Each textile is thus, unique with its own little glitches - love them and celebrate them as nuances of the craft.
