Rag rugs are fabric scraps, so they are a great way to use up old clothes and fabrics that you might not want anymore & you can make them in any shape or size. we still see rag rugs as a fantastic product that reflects our unwavering focus on ensuring sustainable textile production. There are natural fiber rugs, like wool, silk, or jute rugs, and synthetic fiber rugs, like polyester and stain-resistant olefin rugs. Some rugs feature a combination of natural and synthetic fibers, like blending silk with viscose to increase durability.

Despite its long history, the rag rug is a very contemporary product that fits beautifully into the home or the holiday cottage, adding a light and cozy feel to any room.

Some of our recycledrag & fabric rugs either made from a single cotton or a combination of jute, recycled leather, recycled cotton, wool and denim. A blend of different dyed fabrics are used to make these rugs, so we cannot guarantee how color fast the various components will be. These charming rugs are more delicate than our tougher recycled plastic mats and are designed for indoor use only.

NOTE: being hand-woven or hand-tufted, you may experience some "sprouting" ofsmall tufts of fabric after some use. This is a normal occurrence of loose tufts of fabric that pop up or extend above the surface of the pile. Please ensure that the brush roll (or rotary brush) bar on your vacuum cleaner is turned off when vacuuming as this can cause irritation to the fibers and result in them coming loose. Any individual threads thathave come loose can simply be cut even with the pile surface.
