Our Terracotta Flores rug is flat woven in Mexico, on a traditional treadle loom.It is hand-made by a family of craftsmen from Teotitlan del Valle, a village in the desert region of Oaxaca.Our craftsman works with his family and community.

The design combines ancestral codes and modern graphics, displaying geometric patterns typical of the region.The pigments are derived from plants, tree bark, or even local insects; a technique passed from generation to generation.
