Coutume was inspired by organic Mexican motifs, typical of the region, representing the flowers of prickly pears, called "Nopal". These patternshave been used in the Zapotec culture for generations.The minimalist design mixes ancestral techniques and modern graphics.

The wool is colored using 100% biodegradable natural dyeing techniques.The pigments are derived from plants such as tree bark, flowers, nuts, or even local insects.
