African Jacquard is a home textiles company, who have been designing, weaving, and producing a diverse range of African-inspired products in the heart of Cape Town, South Africa, since 2014.

Founded by French born owner and Creative Director, Christine Daron, African Jacquard marries her heritage of luxury French home linens woven in the style of Jacquard with the warm colours of Africa. Having travelled all over the Continent to countries such as Gabon, Congo, Angola, Burkina Faso, and now residing in South Africa, Christine's love for traditional African textiles together with her first-hand experience in these different design cultures is apparent in the patterns and designs created at African Jacquard.

They use traditional French Jacquard looms and weave with natural fibers, combining a variety of weaving techniques, including a signature waffle weave, together with African-inspired geometric designs to develop unique and extraordinary home textiles.
